At this time, there is only one in-person & drive-in worship service scheduled for January 31. Stay tuned for additional services that will be in-person. Also, if you are interested in being part of the Health Church Team (HCT) to ensure the church is cleaned and prepped for in-person or drive-in services each Sunday, please reach out to Health Church Team Co-Chair, Diana Stultz.
Those wishing to attend in-person gatherings at Mt Tabor are asked to register for the service at least four (4) days prior to the service’s date. Registration requires completing the Health Acknowledgement Form and providing it to our Health Church Team Co-Chair, Diana Stultz.
You need to complete a Health Acknowledgement Form for each service that you wish to attend in-person, and please keep in mind that at this time, you may not register for multiple worship services in advance.
How can I get a copy of the Health Acknowledgement Form?
What is the Health Acknowledgement Form?
The VAUMC Conference has put together an In-Person Worship Technical Assistance Manual and other resources to help protect congregants and staff from contracting COVID. For anyone who wants to attend in-person services, the VAUMC Conference has asked all attendees to affirm the following information by using the Health Acknowledge Form.
In addition to affirming the four COVID specific questions, we will be requiring all congregants to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
